Everblak began as a small company filling potholes and completing repairs for larger contractors and a few key commercial clients in the Rochester, NY area. Finding a niche with asphalt repairs and maintenance enabled Everblak’s continued growth into new areas of construction. Our relationships with some of our largest account holders began with simply filling a few potholes!

We consider ourselves the experts in asphalt repair and maintenance in the upstate NY area. Our Asphalt Repair & Maintenance Services Include:

Asphalt Patching (mill-and-fill)

 

• Asphalt patching consists of using skidsteer and/or mill machine to cut out areas and replace them with new asphalt).
• Asphalt repairs are typically sections of parking lot that are heavily damaged or uneven. In some cases, the top layer of asphalt can be removed and replaced. In others, the asphalt must be milled to base depth, corrected, re-paved, and compacted.

Pothole Repair (overlay)

• Pothole filling and repair consists of cleaning out deep, hazardous areas and filling them with new asphalt, compacting, and applying tack-coat adhesive.
• Everblak typically recommends asphalt patching or replacing the parking lot as a whole, however pothole repairs are an inexpensive way to temporarily assure that your property is safe.

Asphalt Ramp Installation & Repair (accessible ramps and doorways)
