Asphalt Paving Services
Everblak is proud to offer a full suite of paving contractor services. These services include:
- Resurfacing. We’ll shim the low areas with a new layer of asphalt, conduct necessary repairs, and add a few inches of asphalt to the whole lot. This is the best choice when the existing asphalt is mostly in good shape.
- Replacement. If the asphalt has a good base but extensive wear and tear on the surface, we’ll grind away the damaged layer and pave it over again.
- Full-depth replacement. If necessary, we have the tools to completely remove, re-grade, and re-pave a parking lot.
- Installation. If your property has a parcel of land that you’d like to turn into a parking lot, we’re happy to start from square one. We’ll perform a series of checks to ensure that the parking lot will be level and drain properly, and we’ll pave the land with the best asphalt available.

Everblak completed large commercial paving projects all over New York and surrounding states in 2017 alone. We find that the further we develop our network, the better our reputation as paving professionals becomes. Some of our clients find it challenging to locate dependable contractors in certain areas, so we take pride in going the distance for their needs. From Syracuse, to Watertown (and further North), to Connecticut, we will go as far as we need to for our valued customers!
Our Asphalt Paving & Resurfacing Services Include:
Parking Lot Resurfacing (overlay)
- Asphalt resurfacing usually consists of shimming all low areas with asphalt, completing all necessary asphalt repairs, and overlaying the parking lot with anywhere from 1 – 3 inches with top asphalt.
- Resurfacing is only possible under 2 conditions- either the parking lot was originally paved with binder asphalt and needs to be topped, or the parking lot is low enough or has maintained stable enough condition to add another layer of pavement.
Parking Lot Replacement (mill and pave)
- When we know we are working with a good base, we use milling machines to grind down a damaged layer of asphalt and re-pave it (as seen above at Sherwin Williams in Syracuse, NY).
- Milling and paving is a cost-effective way to replace the parking lot. Under the right conditions, we are able to rid the parking lot of the damaged or broken asphalt, make good use of the remaining binder layers, and pave it with top asphalt to create a smooth finish.
Full-Depth Replacement (remove, re-grade, and re-pave)
- Asphalt resurfacing usually consists of shimming all low areas with asphalt, completing all necessary asphalt repairs, and overlaying the parking lot with anywhere from 1 – 3 inches with top asphalt.

Parking Lot Installation (excavate, stone, and pave)
- Looking to expand your parking lot? Or install a new one for your business? Everblak has the equipment and experience for the job.
- When we begin installing a new parking lot, we take several factors into consideration. We have a thorough process of checks to ensure proper elevation and drainage before our machines even break the ground.
